Things to make you go ‘I do’.

A ‘Midsummer’ Hidden Feast

When Four Winds Vineyard, a gorgeous venue in the Canberra wine region, joined the WedShed fam, we were stoked because we’d seen pics from a rather lovely event held among the vines that we wanted to share with you.

As first seen on The Macadames blog (a lovely chronicle of Canberra through the eyes of photographer and stylist Anisa Sabet), Hidden Feast is a seasonal charity event brought to life by a team of mighty fine vendors from around Canberra. It not only raises money for the NICU Foundation which helps treat critically ill newborn babies, but gives locals the opportunity to meet other creatives and discover everything their region has to offer.

The ‘Midsummer’ edition of the event was held at Four Winds Vineyard, an inter-generational family business now run by John and Sarah Collingwood. In recent years, the couple have re-branded their quality wines, fancied up their cellar door and built a hay shed specifically for larger-scale celebrations (like weddings!).

If you’re searching for a Canberra wedding venue or somewhere along the south coast, we highly recommend paying them a visit. But if you’re a Sydneysider at heart, Studio Neon (who also catered this fabulous event) is another unique wedding venue worth checking out.
