Although we’ve been up and running for a while now (seriously, can someone please explain where the last two years went?) we often still feel like little fish in a big pond. To have the support of so many wonderfully talented wedding folk really means a lot to us.

Every year around Christmas we host a party as our way of saying ‘thank you, you guys rock’. But, as some of you know, here at WedShed HQ we love to celebrate, so we decided to turn our annual Xmas bash into a Spring Fling. And it was awesome!

Not only was it an opportunity to enjoy a few festive drinks (quick shout out to Four Pillars GinVinomofoBalter and Santa Vittoria) but also to celebrate the incredibly skilled humans who have become part of the WedShed family.

But as always, it wouldn’t have been possible without a few very special people who we’d like to take a moment to give special thanks to below.

Obviously, when it came to choosing a venue, we were pretty spoilt for choice. But the incredible harbour views at Q Station were hard to pass up and with no neighbours in sight we figured it was the perfect setting for We Play Records to give some of their fave tracks a whirl.

Having plenty of good food and drink was important to us – it’s what our life revolves around (that and WedShed) and The Heartful KitchenMy Little Peony and Mr Goaty Gelato made everything food and drink-wise look and taste amazing. Never again will we enjoy a party without a giant grazing table and gelato and bevs served from a vintage van.

Huge hugs also go to Photo Corner for leaving us with some terrible (actually great) photos for our fridge and to White Shed Films for the incredibly cool clip which you can check out below.

And last but not least a very, very, very big thank you to Gather Vintage Hire from rural NSW and Rutherglen Florist and Georgie James Photography from country Victoria – we wouldn’t have had any furniture, flowers or photos without your incredible efforts. You completely nailed the brief and transformed Q Station into something really special.
