Bawley Vale Estate is a picturesque 100acre winery nestled in the gorgeous bushland of the quiet seaside village of Bawley Point, on the South Coast of NSW (about halfway between Ulladulla and Batemans Bay). The town is known for its sublime beaches, beautiful national parks, and peak surf conditions.
The idyllic Bawley Vale property couples romantic winery ambiance with coastal village charm – with gorgeous vineyards, fruit orchards, tranquil lakes, beautiful bush scenery and friendly farm animals all in a seaside paradise with a laid-back atmosphere and glorious coastline. There is a little sense of magic when you stand between the vines with the view of the bush and the sound of the ocean.
The stunning new modern-industrial venue seats up to 120pax; boasting sky-high ceilings, warm natural tones, bespoke detailing, exposed beams, dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and a combination of blackbutt timber, brick and metal finishings. Beautiful natural light dances through the windows, and the barn doors are opened wide to views of the surrounding vineyards and bushland. With a gorgeous bar, long wooden tables, wine barrels, a cozy lounge area, dance floor, and an outdoor fire pit this beautiful space is ready for you and your favourite people to celebrate.
The entire Estate is yours for the weekend including our gorgeous barn, 2-bedroom studio for 2 nights, beautiful all-weather outdoor ceremony area (plus numerous other beautiful nature backdrops), scenic lawns for cocktail hour, fully equipped caterers kitchen, and countless stunning photo opportunities….plus so much more.

Owner / Manager
Chris and Marg took over as owners of Bawley Vale Estate in mid-2015, moving from Canberra to build their dream home and business – a wedding venue in a coastal paradise. They are married with four adult boys, a bunch of grandkids, a zoo full of farm animals, and a very spoilt Cocker Spaniel. They love to travel, with Porto in Portugal and NYC being two of their most favourite spots.
Marg is a mad whale-watcher and can often be heard squealing on the headland in Bawley when she spots them. Chris has a love for classic cars. They are both keen readers, and have a love for good food and good wine (especially a good red).
On a (rare) free weekend you’ll find them dragging their outdoor table setting indoors to make room to gather with family and friends for dinner, wine and lots of laughter.
