Since opening its doors late last year, Ancora has quickly become one of the far North Coast’s most popular waterfront wedding venues. Overlooking the Tweed River, it mimics the surrounding areas luxe, coastal vibes and offers up a delicious, Mediterranean-inspired menu.

To celebrate this new space, a handful of the area’s top suppliers including Rachael from The Events Lounge, Mikarla from Wilderness Flowers and Aleesha from Aleesha Darke Professional Hairstylist collaborated on this beautiful styled shoot captured by Figtree Wedding Photography that we’re confident couples will be inspired by for a long time.

Rachael says, “we really wanted to bring a fresh and clean Mediterranean-meets-Tulum vibe which would compliment the location of the venue. The venue sits on the Tweed River with gorgeous water views. That combined with its Greek-inspired menu and influence inspired us to play with the existing features and expand on that.”
