We believe in celebration over curation. Here, the food is plentiful, the drinks are generous, and the laughter rings long into the night.

Our venue has never been listed online — until now. We host just a few weddings each year, by intention, not necessity. One of our favourite photographers gently nudged us to share this special place more widely, so here we are… quietly inviting you to discover us.

Meet Your Hosts

This land has been in our family for nearly 50 years, and its story stretches back even further — with a legacy of legendary gatherings dating all the way back to the 1880s. We’re not your typical wedding venue operators; we’re simply a husband and wife team lucky enough to call this extraordinary place home.

We open our doors just a few times a year for couples who share our appreciation for nature, connection, and meaningful celebration. Think of it less as a wedding venue, and more as a historic homestead — complete with a full liquor licence, a deep love of hosting, and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

Caelia is an experienced and qualified Event Manager who brings thoughtfulness and calm to every detail. Ben is a master-of-all-trades, equally comfortable nurturing the land with permaculture principles or baking a pie crust that guests still talk about weeks (or even years) later.

We were married here ourselves — with 180 of our nearest and dearest — so we know exactly how magical this place can be when filled with love, music, and the clinking of glasses.

We’re a little old-school in our values. We believe in being present, in real conversations over curated content. Here, you’ll find space to unwind, disconnect from devices, and reconnect with what truly matters: celebrating love surrounded by your favourite people.
