Enter the property via a quiet country road and journey down the long drive to arrive at the architect-designed pavilion. There's not a neighbour in sight or in earshot, just wedge-tailed eagles that coast on the currents high above.

The Pavilion at Caoura Cliffs

The pavilion is a custom-designed, modern beauty. Double-height glass walls frame jaw-dropping views stretching 4km across a gorge into undisturbed Australian bushland and national park.

There's ample room for up to 120 guests, with an indoor fireplace, full commercial kitchen and a show-stopping three-metre green marble bar set against a hand-painted mural by a local landscape artist. Sliding glass walls open to multiple al fresco areas — perfect for cocktail hour before moving indoors as the stars come out.

Your hire includes everything you need to host beautifully:

• 120 timber cross-back chairs and 20 extra-wide long tables
• Plateware, cutlery, glassware, linen napkins and tablecloths
• State-of-the-art PA and AV with indoor and outdoor surround sound
• Fully app-customisable ambient designer lighting
• Indoor and outdoor lounge settings, 12 white market umbrellas and outdoor table lamps

We'll shuttle your guests down a winding bush track on the property to arrive at The Cliffs — a breathtaking ceremony site looking across to a near-vertical escarpment and down to the Shoalhaven River as it snakes through the gorge below.

An unbelievable location for sharing vows, and a dream for photographs.

Your ceremony comes set up and ready, including:

• Choice of ceremony location (The Cliffs or the Pavilion lawns)
• Full ceremony set-up with timber bench seating and 15m hessian aisle runner
• Signing table and chairs
• Complimentary use of 1968 Silver Shadow Rolls-Royce for a timeless bridal arrival
• Luxury Range Rover transport for the couple

Accommodation at Caoura Cliffs

The Homestead is included in your package — two nights of beautifully appointed accommodation for up to 12 of your closest guests, with a sparkling pool, BBQ pavilion, stone-paved alfresco dining area, lush lawns and an indoor fireplace and living space for the late-night debriefs.

It's the perfect base for the wedding party to settle in the night before and wind down the morning after.

Caoura Cliffs is owned and operated by our family, and your wedding is managed entirely in-house from your first enquiry through to the morning after your day.

That means you'll have:

• Shared document portal for full transparency over your planning progress and payment schedule
• Scheduled check-ins to keep you on track and feeling confident
• A curated list of recommended suppliers - they are all incredible!

• Run sheet and itinerary support and feedback
• A dedicated Venue Manager onsite for the duration of your event
• Car ferrying / valet service for self-driving guests, plus rubbish removal handled for you
