Attunga

Attunga is like exclusively hiring a private National Park for your wedding. Attunga is a Christian camp and conference centre, offering a faith-based wedding venue for couples. Situated on 300 acres in the beautiful Southern Highlands, surrounded by 20,000 acres of national park with spectacular scenery and stunning views. Our outdoor amphitheatre/stage is perched on the cliff edge for unique wedding ceremonies, and we have accommodation for up to 120 people, a commercial kitchen and many other facilities.

For the reception, we have a beautiful rustic barn that can hold over 160 people, with high ceilings, heated flooring, AV and a large stage for the bridal party. There’s also a nearby four-bedroom modern farmhouse that sleeps up to 20, with stunning views, suitable for the bride’s family and getting ready, hen’s parties, etc.

Our standard wedding package includes an overnight stay for your guests on Saturday night, an extra day for the bridal party to prepare the perfect space, and lots of other thoughtful inclusions.

Attunga is a Christian campsite, located on 300 high country acres at Canyonleigh in the beautiful southern highlands of NSW, Australia.

Much of our site is natural bush land with spectacular views, cliffs, valleys and lots of native wildlife.

“Attunga” is an aboriginal word that means ‘High Place’, which so aptly describes Attunga’s location, situated on the edge of an escarpment high above the Wingecarribee and Wollondilly rivers, near the summit of Mt Penang in the Bangadilly National Park.
