Not all wedding planning has to be stressful. In some instances, like for Bronte and Sam, it's can be a relatively straightforward process (with seating charts almost always being the exception). They wanted to have a great time, in a great location (ideally, with on-site accommodation) and La Vigna Estate enabled them to do exactly that.

Located in the iconic Hunter Valley wine region, Bronte and Sam enjoyed an intimate ceremony inside La Vigna Estate's beautiful sandstone chapel, followed by a fun and relaxed wedding reception with great live music courtesy of Baker Boys Band and some very enticing and non-traditional desserts thanks to Spoon Bay Gelato and Central Coast Cannoli.

Captured by Rope & Pulley check out their full celebration below.

The venue: La Vigna Estate - we chose this venue because it has a beautiful sandstone chapel, on-site accommodation, and a laid back atmosphere.

The vibe: We were aiming to have great food and drink and great music to make sure our guests had an amazing time and a fun party.

Expectations vs. reality? We did not expect the seating plan to take as long as it did! However, wedding planning was definitely not as bad as everyone said it is!

Best wedding planning resources? We used the Hunter Valley Wedding Planning Magazine and good old fashioned Google to plan our wedding.

Hit (or near) miss: We couldn't find where our drinks had been delivered on the morning of the wedding. After some back and forth with the delivery service, the groom and groomsmen figured out they had been delivered into the wrong cool room.

Best thing you did? A cannoli tower instead of cake and a gelato cart to accompany it.
