Create your story surrounded by friends and family at The William Inglis Hotel. Our boutique equine themed hotel is the perfect destination to make your wedding dreams come to life. We offer a truly bespoke full-service venue with tailored planning for your special day. Say ‘I Do’ in our luxe gazebo followed by the reception celebration in one of our many function areas. Our top three function spaces that are ideal to host your wedding are; The Arena, The Big Barn and The Garden Pavilion.
The Arena is our largest function room, seating up to 640 people on round tables and features an inbuilt stage along with state of the art sound and lighting. Perfect for larger traditional weddings.
The Big Barn is a highly unique function space guaranteed to wow your guests. Showcasing a rustic design with modern facilities, the Big Barn is modelled from the original Newmarket Barn designed over 150 years ago. The Big Barn comfortably seats up to 200 guests on round tables with a dance floor.
Ideal for smaller weddings, The Garden Pavilion is an open space featuring glass bi-folding doors from floor to ceiling. This stunning and intimate space allows you to view the gorgeous surrounding gardens.

2023 Winter Wedding Offer! Book your 2023/24 wedding between the months of May – August and receive the winter special from $135.00pp including 2 course menu, 4.5 hour bronze beverage package and 5 hour venue hire.
