About This Venue
Sabina River Farm is a custom built South West wedding venue, situated on a secluded private farm only minutes from Busselton. Our function centre is suitable for up to 300 guests cocktail style or 200 guests seated. Relax into the landscape of lush green lawns, native gardens and a 4 acre lake with timber deck and boardwalk, with tranquil views across the fields to the Whicher Range in the distance.
Our heritage inspired, recycled materials building is suitable for up to 300 guests cocktail/stand-up style or 200 guests for a more formal sit-down style wedding, with a large inside main room plus an enclosed verandah area, with jarrah floors throughout (meaning you can dance the night away, anywhere you like!). We can also screen off parts of the venue to create more intimate spaces for smaller weddings.
Our partnership with the incredible, award-winning Supper Road team means that all your food and beverage requirements are taken care of by true professionals. Sabina River Farm is one of the very few wedding venues in the South West which allows for self-catering (BYO) beverages without a corkage fee;.
Our experienced and professional Sabina River Farm Events Coordinator is available to help with any questions or issues every step of the way, and we can recommend our preferred local wedding suppliers that can assist with bringing your dream day to life.

Owner / Manager
Sabina River Farm is privately owned by a local Busselton family. The property has been developed over the last 10 years, with the function centre commencing construction in 2021. The function centre building and grounds have been custom-designed by the property owners and built in large part by them also (literally with their own hands) using as much recycled and upcycled building materials as possible including the jarrah flooring, timber beams, and tin cladding. A great deal of thought has been put into the venue to make it perfect for weddings.
The business is family-run; the owner’s sister is the venue manager (with over 10 years experience in the wedding and events industry to ensure your wedding day is just as you want it!).
