Available for a strictly limited number of weddings each year, Bundanon is a truely unique wedding venue. Only a short drive from Sydney, Canberra or the Southern Highlands, on the South Coast of NSW.
Bundanon’s breath-taking views down the Shoalhaven River, stylish, contemporary architecture, and bush landscape provides the perfect setting to say ‘I do’.
Experience Bundanon’s expanded event facilities opened in April 2022, including the new Art Museum and The Bridge for Creative Learning.
The Boyd Education Centre is a masterpiece. Designed by internationally renowned and award winning architect Glenn Murcutt, the Centre has sweeping views of the Shoalhaven River, beautiful natural light and glass doors that completely retract. With a spectacular forecourt and open plan hall area, a semi-commercial kitchen, and accommodation for guests. A perfect setting for your special event, and a wonderful place for relaxing and enjoying the properties tranquil abundance.
Accommodation is for a maximum of 96 guests, meaning your family and friends don’t have to travel, they can stay on site and really slow down and enjoy the occasion. They’ll be treated to architecually designed rooms with magnificent river or bush views.
At Bundanon you get exclusive use of spaces for ceremony and reception purposes, and accommodation in the Sulman Architectural Prize winning Boyd Education Centre and The Bridge for Creative Leanring included in our full package. There are many locations for photography, be it in the historic library, in front of landscape artisit Arthur Boyd’s former homestead or in one of the many unique natural bush settings around the property.

The establishment of Bundanon represents one of the most significant acts of philanthropy in the history of the arts in Australia. Arthur and Yvonne Boyd’s gift of Bundanon in 1993 was driven by a big vision, which has been built upon by subsequent acts of private generosity and government support, creating the cultural institution for artistic enjoyment and learning that thrives today in the Shoalhaven.
