Jacinta has been with NYC for 3 years and in that time has helped put together a number of weddings and create a flawless evening for our couples to remember. One of my favourite aspects of NYC is when couples and their guests enjoy their dinner on the veranda on a balmy evening, watching the sunset before all the formalities conclude and then heading out onto the foreshore to dance the night away under the stars! I am highly organised, and have been referred to as Monica from Friends! In my office, I love highlighters and post-it notes in my organised chaos as I assist in planning all of our couples weddings.
