About This Venue
Flowerdale Estate is an award winning family owned wedding ceremony, accommodation and reception destination, nestled within the picturesque location known as the Valley of a Thousand Hills.
At the centre of the expansive property sits the beautiful historic Homestead which was built in 1842 and houses Gracie’s Restaurant, two luxury wedding suites as well as an indoor reception space.
The spectacular purpose built indoor-outdoor reception space, The Pavilion, is perfectly positioned with the countryside providing a stunning back drop. Laden with contemporary country details including large oak entrance doors, huge wrought iron light fittings, timber fixtures and heated, polished concrete floors crafted by neighboring artisans, the space can accommodate up to 200 guests (seated).
Flowerdale Estate has four idyllic ceremony locations onsite, each possessing its own unique charm. The North Lawn with its manicured green lawn, garden beds of white roses, immaculate hedging and creeping rose arbour is a charming garden wedding space. Whilst Lakeside with its rustic arbour, adjacent gum trees and a backdrop of water and rolling hills provides a picture perfect spot. For those dreaming of an authentic country wedding the ceremony space beside the King Parrot Creek sits amidst native flora. For smaller weddings, the area around the huge magnificent Oak tree in front of the Homestead is a stunning option.
With generously proportioned accommodations, Flowerdale Estate can comfortably host up to 75 guests on-site, ensuring a memorable wedding night experience.

Flowerdale Estate is led by owners Peter and Maria Neville, who have enjoyed a long history in the hospitality industry. They have been at helm of several landmark establishments on Melbourne’s Mornington Peninsula and inner city.
Their journey with Flowerdale Estate began in 2012 when the family acquired the property and they embarked on meticulous renovation and improvements to the venue. Their dedication and vision has made Flowerdale Estate one of regional Victoria’s most sought-after wedding venues.
In addition to the wealth of knowledge and expertise that Peter and Maria possess, they have brought together a team of composed, talented and caring individuals who are committed to making your wedding day dreams come true.
