We’re Jonny, Dave and Dean, the dynamic trio behind South Coast Tipis. We’re a diverse group, with two Scotsmen and an Aussie surfer dude. Our journey with tipis began a few years ago when Jonny and his wife Caroline were planning their wedding. They wanted something extraordinary, different from a typical marquee wedding that could also withstand the harsh Scottish highland weather. After a lot of searching, they discovered the majestic giant Nordic tipis. Fast forward to a few years later, back in Australia, the three of us sat down and decided that it was time to bring these beautiful structures to the place we call home. And thus, South Coast Tipis was born. Our mission is to provide an extraordinary outdoor experience and aesthetic for events in our area with these graceful giants.
