We help our couples realise that planning a wedding doesn’t have to be as complicated and costly as you may think! The hard work has been done for you by planning experts in the Byron Bay wedding industry, so you can relax knowing that your wedding is in safe hands.
SAVVY WED WORKS IN 6 EASY STEPS:
1. CHOOSE YOUR VENUE PACKAGE
Our premium venue packages have been tailored for the guest numbers best suited to each property. Your Savvy Wed planner will help you decide which venue package best suits your needs and check their availability.
2. SELECT YOUR FAVOURITE SUPPLIERS
When you have confirmed your chosen wedding date and venue have been confirmed, it’s time to select your favourite suppliers from each of the categories within your package from The Savvy Wed Collective. Your Savvy Wed planner will confirm their availability. Your chosen suppliers will then be in touch to confirm your booking and discuss the details! You can also request additional suppliers if they are not included in your package.
3. PAY YOUR FIRST INSTALMENTS
It’s not a shock to anyone that weddings can add up really quickly! That’s why Savvy Wed have created a payment plan to help ease the stress. Payments for your suppliers will be made in instalments every 3 months between the date of your booking and your wedding date. Think of it like “Wedding Afterpay.”
4. TELL US ABOUT YOUR STYLE
The Wedding Shed have curated a hire & styling package covering off all the essentials for your dream day. Your hire & styling includes everything you need for your ceremony, cocktail furniture, reception furniture and other details, up to the value included in your Savvy Wed package. Specific items, additional items and extra styling elements, can be organised with the amazing team at The Wedding Shed for an extra hire & styling fee.
5. BYO DETAILS
There are a few details that are not included in Savvy Wed packages. We have also created a handy checklist to assist in making sure that nothing is missed… like picking your dream dress and making sure your partner is looking spiffy!
6. GET MARRIED!
In the final weeks leading up to your wedding, your Savvy Wed planner will confirm the finer details of the day. Your special day will be carefully looked after by a very professional and experienced On-the-day Coordinators. They will make sure everything goes according to plan, so you can relish in spending time with your family and friends.
