Cheesy Duz It is a Sydney based mobile woodfire pizza catering company that focuses on producing artisan hand-stretched pizzas using only the highest quality market fresh ingredients. In addition to offering wood fire pizza, we also cater for fresh pastas, canapés and salads as an add on to our pizza packages.
We service the Sydney, South Coast, Southern Highlands, North Coast, Hunter Valley, Central Coast and Blue Mountains/Greater Blue Mountains area.
Our fresh hand-stretched dough is made FRESH just for our events, using only the best flour slow fermented method for 48 hours, this produces a light, natural and easily digestible base. Our dough is topped with only the freshest carefully selected seasonal produce, sourced locally and internationally. Taste the difference with our rich, creamy Italian Fior di Latte (Fresh Mozzarella), lean proteins and superior flavour of our Italian imported San Marzano D.O.P. Tomatoes. Our specially selected produce delivers a fresh, clean and light tasting pizza. The pizzas are fresh fired in our 400˚mobile wood fire oven for approximately 2 minutes before it is removed and sliced ready for enjoyment. We also can cater for 100% plant based/vegan dietary requirements.
