CHAPA food is about being different. Co-owner and head chef Ivan Sanchez, former head chef of Porteño and Bodega, has over 15 years of experience. His style of cooking blends rustic and traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. We strive to keep things simple and offer restaurant-quality food using only the best produce available.
