TEN22 Boutique Venue

Located just 15 minutes south of the Adelaide CBD, TEN22 Boutique Venue is a stylish industrial warehouse that is perfect for those who are wanting a contemporary alternative to the customary event space. The restored space has retained a link to its past as a wrought iron manufacturing site, with the original front iron gates still very much admired.

The space is both industrial and rustic with styled elements throughout. An Italian vintage chandelier, rustic Argentinian doors and polished concrete floors, together with palette installations, hanging foliage and festoon lighting. The main space is approx. 220sqm when fully open or can be partitioned to create a more intimate experience. The space is fitted with industrial cooling for summer and a cosy wood fire for winter. Step outside into the enchanting courtyard fairy-lit and filled with greenery; doubling as a dreamy ceremony location. Walk down the aisle under the fairy-lit laneway with blossoming trees and a unique feature flower wall following your journey for the first day of the rest of your lives.

Founded and established in 2014, TEN22 is an industrial warehouse space located in Adelaide, South Australia. Husband and wife team, saw a need in the Adelaide market for an industrial, urban event space. With a strong food dream and an ability to visualise what could be, Dave and Nat embarked on renovating and restoring a former wrought iron manufacturing warehouse on South Road, just south of Adelaide’s CBD.
