The Menu

Food is at the heart of every celebration at Factory51.

Executive Chef Bruce McKenna has curated a wedding menu focused on generous Italian hospitality, premium produce and dishes designed to bring people together. Every menu is prepared fresh in-house and can be customised to suit your vision, dietary requirements and style of celebration.

Factory51 offers three distinct wedding dining styles:

The Feast

Begin with Italian antipasti and wood-fired breads on arrival before moving into our signature shared feast experience featuring three meats and five substantial sides served down the centre of each table. Your celebration cake is then served share-style to finish.

Traditional Plated Style

A more formal dining experience featuring your choice of two entrées and two mains served alternate drop, followed by your celebration cake served on platters for dessert.

Cocktail Style

Perfect for relaxed and social celebrations, with handmade canapés and substantial fork dishes served throughout the evening while guests mingle and enjoy the atmosphere.

Beverage Offerings

Factory51 serves a curated selection of local craft beers, premium spirits and boutique Australian wines.

Couples can choose from a range of beverage packages offering unlimited drinks throughout the reception, helping you manage your budget with confidence. Alternatively, flexible bar tab options are also available.

Ceremonies

Factory51 also offers beautiful on-site wedding ceremonies within The Workshop event space, allowing couples to host their entire celebration in one seamless location.

The venue is transformed for your ceremony with elegant seating and styling, before transitioning into your reception while guests enjoy refreshments at the private marble bar. Black velvet curtains are then drawn to create a dramatic room reveal as the space transforms for the evening celebration.

Hosting both your ceremony and reception in the one venue allows the day to flow naturally and keeps the experience relaxed for everyone involved.

Our experienced Event Manager Courtney will guide you through every stage of the planning process to ensure your wedding feels calm, organised and genuinely enjoyable.

From supplier recommendations and styling guidance to floorplans, timelines and menu planning, our team works closely with every couple to create a celebration that feels personal and thoughtfully executed.

We pride ourselves on clear communication, attention to detail and creating weddings that feel warm, relaxed and beautifully run from beginning to end.

Styling & Personal Touches

Factory51 provides everything required for your reception, while still allowing couples the flexibility to personalise the space and make it their own.

Couples are welcome to style the venue themselves, bring in their preferred stylist or work with our recommended suppliers. Venue access is provided from 10am on the day of your wedding, giving you plenty of time to set up and enjoy the process without feeling rushed.
