Coombs Hill Barn

Coombs Hill is a 160-year-old American barn originally from Indiana, USA. Imported to Australia in 2018, it was lovingly restored and rebuilt in the shadow of Mt Buller overlooking the pristine Delatite Valley.

Set on 100 acres of farmland in Victoria’s High Country, Coombs Hill is a truly unique five-bedroom luxury private home and an unforgettable setting for your wedding.

At the heart of the property is our spectacular Great Room with its soaring 12-metre stone fireplace creating the perfect backdrop for a cocktail or sit-down wedding. Couples also have full use of the 100-acre property for their ceremony and photos, with endless beautiful locations to choose from.

Our wedding packages include three nights of accommodation for up to 11 guests, giving you the opportunity to settle in and enjoy the property across the entire wedding weekend.

Coombs Hill is ideal for hands-on couples who want the freedom to create a wedding that feels entirely their own. Celebrations can flow from the Great Room onto the expansive deck and surrounding grounds, making the most of the incredible one of a kind High Country setting.

Indoor sit-down weddings can accommodate up to 80 guests or 100 cocktail style.

Hi! We are Katherine and Wade, married with two young boys we started to run Coombs Hill as luxury accommodation for families and groups looking to holiday in the High Country. We soon found that it had attracted many enquiries from couples looking to get married in a truly unique setting so we have set out to make Coombs Hill available for weddings.
