At Bewong River Retreat, we invite you to create your own “wedstival weekend”—a relaxed, joyful celebration surrounded by loved ones in serene natural beauty. Our exclusive-use packages give you full access to the venue and onsite accommodation for three days and two nights, so you can truly make the space your own.

Our private, fully self-contained spa bungalows sleep up to 34 guests, with additional space for camping or caravans—accommodating up to 50 guests on-site. Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement, a cozy micro wedding, or a full weekend celebration, we offer flexible packages, including discounts for winter weddings and gatherings under 45 guests.

The venue includes a stylish reception space with:

We offer complete flexibility with BYO catering and alcohol, and a choice between DIY setups or professional styling with onsite prop hire. Plus, every package includes our award-winning Wedding Coordinator, who will assist with planning, run sheet creation, full setup, on-the-day coordination, pack-down, and even rubbish removal.
