At Bathurst Goldfields Resort, we offer everything you need to celebrate your wedding in one beautiful location. Set across 11 hectares of picturesque countryside on iconic Mount Panorama, our unique venue combines rustic charm with modern convenience, giving you the freedom to create a wedding that's truly your own.

Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a reception for up to 500 guests, our versatile venue offers multiple ceremony and reception spaces, onsite accommodation for up to 300 guests, exceptional catering and endless photo opportunities - all in one place.

Ceremony Spaces

Exchange your vows in our beautifully restored rustic barn, complete with original timber beams and country character, or choose from our picturesque outdoor locations surrounded by gum trees and rolling countryside.

After your ceremony, guests can enjoy drinks and canapĂŠs in our alfresco entertaining area while you take advantage of the stunning grounds for your wedding photography.

Reception Venues

Whether you're planning an elegant formal reception or a relaxed country celebration, we have a space to suit.

Our Function Centre accommodates up to 500 guests and provides a spacious, flexible venue complete with a dance floor, licensed bar and everything you need to personalise your celebration.

For smaller weddings, our Function Room offers a more intimate setting with a private outdoor deck overlooking the beautiful Bathurst countryside.

Onsite Accommodation

One of the biggest advantages of celebrating at Bathurst Goldfields Resort is keeping everyone together.

With accommodation for up to 300 guests, your family and friends can relax and enjoy the entire wedding weekend without needing to travel between venues.

Choose from comfortable motel rooms, self-contained cabins, dormitory-style accommodation and our beautifully appointed six-bedroom Residence, ideal for bridal parties with generous living areas, a full kitchen and plenty of natural light for getting ready on your wedding morning.
