Adeline Estate

Adeline Estate is a private 80-acre Hunter Valley wedding venue in Sawyers Gully, on the edge of Lovedale. Created for relaxed, exclusive-use wedding weekends, the estate gives couples the space and freedom to celebrate in a way that feels completely their own.

Rather than fitting your wedding into a fixed package or a single rushed day, you’ll have exclusive use of the property for two nights. There’s time to settle in, set up, welcome your closest people, celebrate and enjoy the morning after without another wedding taking place around you.

Choose from multiple outdoor ceremony and reception locations across open paddocks, established trees and peaceful rural surroundings. Create a marquee reception, dine beneath the stars, gather around the fire pits and dance into the evening on the dedicated dance floor. Kangaroos, dams, woodland and wide country views create a beautiful natural backdrop for photographs throughout the estate.

Wedding venue hire includes the farmhouse, two furnished bell tents, amenities facilities, kitchen area, dance floor, white bar, tables, wine barrels, power, water and fire-pit areas. Up to 14 guests can stay onsite across the farmhouse and bell tents. Couples wanting more friends and family nearby can also arrange a larger glamping village through an external external provider.

Adeline Estate suits weddings of approximately 40 to 120 guests, while smaller celebrations and elopements can also be considered. You’re welcome to choose your own caterer, food trucks, florist, stylist, entertainment and other suppliers. BYO alcohol alcohol is welcome, giving you greater control over both the experience and your budget.

Adeline Estate is a family-run property hosted by Latham Dunstan and his family. After holding our own wedding here, we saw how special it was to have everyone together in one private place, with the freedom to create a celebration that felt personal rather than packaged.

I’ve always dreamed of creating a space where people can step away from everyday life, spend meaningful time with the people they love and create the core memories they’ll carry with them for years. That dream is at the heart of Adeline Estate.

We’re building the estate around the things we valued most ourselves: privacy, flexibility, genuine hospitality and enough time to enjoy the experience. Couples can choose their own suppliers, bring their own alcohol, create a glamping village and shape a celebration that genuinely reflects who they are.

We’re not interested in running weddings like a production line. Our approach is relaxed, practical and personal. We’ll show you around, help you understand how the different spaces could work and give you the freedom to bring your ideas to life.
