The White Tree provides live music that HITS. Our select team features the country’s top talent for modern weddings and events. We offer world-class live music, delivered by either The White Tree Band, The White Tree DJs or our talented acoustic-based performers.

We're particularly famous for our dance floor energy. We pride ourselves on engaging experiences with a versatile configuration and a repertoire focused on keeping every punter happy.

Wedding couples can fully customise our band lineup, or combine live elements with our DJ.

We pride ourselves on transparent pricing, talented and energetic performers who can customise their sets to fit YOUR brief and an easy booking and planning process.

We have dedicated event managers (who are musicians in our band) who are on hand to assist you throughout the planning journey...and bring your wedding entertainment vision to life!

The White Tree is owned and run by James Tudball, who is also The White Tree Band's main drummer and music director. In addition to James, we have several event managers in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane who are on hand to assist our couples with the planning process.

James started The White Tree in Melbourne back in 2009. Since then the business has grown and evolved, but the core values and brand personality has remained, which is: Energetic, Engaging and Entertainment live music that brings events to life.

James has also always wanted The White Tree to contribute positively to the music scene at large. The musicians who work with us are part of The White Tree family. We're all mates as well as musical colleagues. This connection flows through to our performances on stage.

In recent times, a passion for James has been merging and presenting modern music aesthetics, or re-inventing "classic" products. This has seen us diversifying our musical offering to present various options under the band, DJ and acoustic banners. We also have some bespoke options with our recently launched 'TWT Themed' range, which is a particular passion for James.
