Hi, I’m Lachie, founder of Tempo Events & Hire and a long-time local of the Alpine region. After more than a decade managing large-scale events like the Australian Open and music festivals across the country, I saw how much pressure falls on couples planning weddings without the right support. With Tempo, I’ve taken everything I learned from high-stakes event production such as timelines, site logistics, power, flow and guest experience, and applied it to outdoor weddings, where those details matter just as much.
I run Tempo with my wife Sera, who has a background in travel and logistics, and my sister Brianna, our in-house designer. She’s a qualified draftsperson with an eye for layout, flow and aesthetics, and designs every marquee floorplan with intention and care.
We’re not just a hire company. We’re planners, problem-solvers and locals who care deeply about how your day feels and functions. If something’s not going to work, we’ll tell you. And if there’s a better way to do it, we’ll make it happen.
