I also am a wedding pilates instructor! As a pilates instructor and a lover of soft, gentle and conscious movement, I will guide you through a series of movements that will set you up perfectly for your day.Whether you are seeking to ground yourself before the big dayor get energised with some preteens pilates, I am here to move with you!
