I photograph weddings that feel as good as they look. Not over-styled, not over-directed - just real, elevated and completely yours. The kind of day where everything clicks. Beautiful settings, great energy, long tables, late-night dance floors, champagne in hand and shoes off long before midnight.

I won't turn your wedding into a production. I'll guide you just enough to look incredible, then get out of the way and let the day happen. Because the best photos don't come from posing - they come from the in-between glances, the chaos, the laughter, the quiet breath before you walk down the aisle.

And yes - I'm just as obsessed with the party as I am with the portraits. The dance floor going off. Your nan on her third champagne. Your best mate crying through the speeches. That's not the side story. That's the whole point.

On the day I'm calm, efficient and quietly everywhere at once. I'll make sure you're in the right light at the right time, keep things moving without anyone noticing, and make every single person in front of my lens feel genuinely great - even the ones who swore they'd hate it.

What’s your vibe on a wedding day?
Calm chaos manager - with a camera and strong opinions on good light!
Are you insured and professional?
Fully insured, highly experienced, and very used to things not going to plan (and fixing them calmly). It won't be awkward when your planner or venue ask for all the public liability documents.
How many weddings have you been to?
300+ and counting for work. 5 for fun. And 1 randomly uninvited one in India. Also very fun!
Do you help with timelines?
Absolutely. Good planning is everything! I'll give you a few templates to work with because I kinda do this every weekend, happy to help you out!
Are you easy to work with?
Ridiculously. I keep things light, organised, and low-stress — no big ego energy here.
What’s your photography style really like?
Natural, a bit editorial, very people-focused — and always chasing good light and the movement filled in-between moments.
What makes you different from other photographers?
I don’t overcomplicate it. I know weddings, I know people, and I know how to get the shot without turning the day into a production. And I'm very friendly. I promise your parents and your friends will love me!
What’s your superpower on a wedding day?
Staying calm, reading the room, and always knowing where I need to be without being asked. And also making you feel really really good!
Do you guide based on light?
Always. The right light makes everything feel effortless — I’ll quietly make sure you’re in it.
How soon do we get photos?
Within 24 hours — I move fast. The full gallery will be ready a few weeks afterwards.
How do we book you?
Get in touch, check availability, and if we’re a good fit I’ll send through all the details to lock it in.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a booking fee secures your date, with the remaining balance due closer to the wedding. But you can decide which package you'd like later on. The main thing is locking in the date.
Will you help us pose?
Yes if you need it yes! Most of my couples say they are awkward in front of the camera. But when you are having fun, looking amazing and surrounded by your mates it's easy for me to help you relax - and look hot!

Hey, I'm Kirsten - photographer, people person, and genuinely one of the easiest humans you'll ever work with.

Based in Orange NSW, originally a coast kid, somehow ended up in the countryside - and honestly? I love it. Rolling vineyards, golden paddocks, cellar doors at golden hour - it's not a bad office. But I'm just as happy throwing my gear in the car and heading wherever your wedding takes me.

Weddings are my thing. Not just the pretty pictures - the whole day. The energy, the people, the chaos, the dancing, the moments nobody planned for. I love being right in the middle of a really good celebration without ever getting in the way of it. Calm, relaxed, completely go-with-the-flow - I'll guide you when you need it and disappear when you don't.

I shoot across Orange, Mudgee, the Blue Mountains, Canberra, the Hunter Valley, Dubbo and beautiful private properties scattered across Central West NSW.
