That’s where I come in. I’m Karen, the heart behind A Timeless Love Celebrant. I’m a storyteller, a professional calm-bringer, and a huge romantic. I believe your ceremony should be the absolute highlight of your day – a moment so full of joy, laughter, and happy tears that you’ll be talking about it for years to come.

My whole philosophy is that your love story is unique, so your ceremony should be too. I'm here to ditch the cookie-cutter templates and create something that is 100% authentically you.

I specialise in crafting ceremonies that are warm, engaging, and deeply personal. Think of me as your love-story architect. We'll sit down (over coffee, wine, or a Zoom call!) and I’ll get to know you – how you met, what you love about each other, the little quirks that make your relationship tick. Then, I’ll weave it all into a beautiful ceremony that reflects your personalities.

Whether you're planning a massive party with everyone you know, an intimate elopement on a mountaintop, or a chic city celebration, I’ll create a moment that feels just right.

Where I Go:

I'm based in Emu Heights, but I love a good road trip! I regularly travel to celebrate love in the Blue Mountains, Sydney areas, Bathurst, Southern Highlands and the South Coast, Hunter Valley. If you're getting married somewhere else amazing, let me know – I’m always up for an adventure!

A Little More About Me

My journey as a celebrant began in 2017, and I can honestly say I love every single second of it. Being invited to play such a key role in a couple's most important day—and getting to be the one who officially declares them married—is a privilege I'll never take for granted.

I am incredibly proud and humbled to be a multi-award winning celebrant. I was named #1 Celebrant at the Wedding Industry Awards in 2025, 2024, and 2022, and was the highly commended winner in 2023. What makes these awards so meaningful is that they are voted for by the genuine, amazing couples I’ve had the honour of marrying. To receive that recognition from them is truly the highest praise.

As a full-time celebrant, I'm completely dedicated to giving you the best care and support possible, ensuring the ceremony we plan together is everything you dreamed of.

When I’m not writing love stories, you can find me enjoying the fantastic local cafes, spending time with my wonderful family and friends, or being bossed around by my two adorable Beagles, Molly and Roxie.

I have great working relationships with other wedding vendors, and it is so inspiring, seeing wedding day dreams realised, and the deeply personal touches couples are bringing to their day.
