Flossy is a cocktail mobile bar experience, founded in Byron Bay in 2020 and now available across Sydney, Wollongong, the Hunter Valley, Byron Bay to South East Queensland and beyond.​

Cocktail Hour

The Flossy experience is more than just delicious cocktails to start the party; it also serves as the perfect icebreaker for guests who may not know each other yet. The element of surprise, nostalgia, and fun will keep your guests completely entertained. It’s also a fun photo opportunity to sit on the Flossy Cart or even learn to make your own floss.

Welcome Bubbles & Floss

This service works beautifully for pre-ceremony welcome drinks and post-ceremony toasts. This idea creates the happiest guests and sets the tone for what’s to come. It gives them something to enjoy while waiting for the bride. Since guests often travel from far, handing them a glass of cold bubbles topped with raspberry and rosewater floss always gives guests the biggest smile.

​Dessert Cocktails

​Surprise your guests with after-dinner dessert cocktails. A crowd favourite is an espresso martini topped with salted caramel floss.​ ​

We've redesigned fairy floss for the adult palate, garnishing floss perfectly with cocktails and bubbles. Imagine crème brûlée floss topping an espresso martini, salted lime floss topping a margarita, or one of our favourites, lychee lime floss topping a lychee martini. We’ve travelled the world discovering exceptional cocktail recipes to bring them to your event.

At first, your guests will smell a sweet aroma with a hint of cream in the air. As they get closer, they will hear cocktails being shaken.

Flossy will welcome guests with a warm smile as hand-spun floss is made before their eyes, garnishing delicious cocktails and glasses of bubbles, creating a full sensory experience that will be a complete surprise.
