Noisy Ritual is a truly unique venue – home to Melbourne’s first Urban Winery in the heart of Lygon Street Brunswick East.
Founded by two mates after the serendipitous discovery of a wine fermenter in a suburban basement, it’s now a full scale winery making premium wine in the city with grapes sourced from vineyards all over Victoria. Noisy Ritual is a haven for people interested in wine, winemaking, food and music.

Noisy Ritual is owned and run by founders Cam and Alex alongside the awesome Noisy Ritual team.
Here’s our story…
A few years ago we found a concrete wine fermenter under Cam’s house. Alex organised half a tonne of premium shiraz grapes and we invited some mates around to help us stomp them. It was messy, low-tech, and heaps of fun.
Delicious wine was made. Noisy Ritual was born.
We’re out to demystify the winemaking process by bringing good people together over great wine, food and music to learn about, taste and create wine in the big smoke.
