“Wedshed: Wedchat 20k Member Competition” Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

• This giveaway is being held by Wedshed
• This giveaway is open to all Wedshed users living in Australia and New Zealand who have entered the competition via Instagram
• The competition does not include exchange of goods costs

Entry

• This giveaway starts on Monday the 6th of February, 2023 and closes on Saturday the 18th of February, 2023 at 11.59pm.
• To enter, Eligible Entrants must enter the competition via Instagram by liking, commenting and following Wedshed and competition partners at the request of the competition post, during the Promotion Period.
• The prize draw will take place on Monday 19th February, 2023.
• The winner will be selected based on the best entry, judged by Wedshed.

Decisions will be final

• Winners will be contacted by Instagram DM within 24 hours of the draw.
• Wedshed and partner brand employees are not eligible to win.

Prize conditions

• Winners will be notified by Instagram DM within 24 hours of the draw.
• If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes in the event that the prize-winner is uncontactable or unable to redeem the prize, a prize runner-up will be chosen and contacted five days later.

General terms

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The sponsoring company reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice. The sponsoring company is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical or other failure that may prevent an entry from being received. The sponsoring company’s decision on all matters related to the competition is final and binding.

Release of liability

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release the sponsoring company and its affiliates, employees, agents, and assigns from any liability or loss resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
