Four Pillars Gin

Melbourne, VIC - Australia

About This Vendor

Four Pillars Gin is a small Yarra Valley distillery, proudly established in 2013 with an ambition to make the best craft spirits in Australia. We make gin (lots of different gins actually) along with some other cool gin-related things, like the delicious marmalade we make from the oranges that go into our Rare Dry Gin.

Our original still, Wilma, is a 450L copper pot still made by CARL in Stuttgart (the best artisan still makers in the world). She’s named after our distiller Cameron’s mum, who loved gin and had a somewhat explosive temper (we’re hoping our Wilma focuses more on the gin and less on the exploding).
Today, with more gins to make and more space in our lovely Healesville distillery, Wilma has been joined by her big sister Jude who stands at 600L and by Eileen who stands at just 50L – perfect for micro-batch and experimental distilling.

Almost 4 years on from our launch and 10 gins later (from our heart-and-soul Rare Dry Gin to our infamous Bloody Shiraz Gin and our range of Bartender and Distiller collaborative gins), we still reckon it’s hard to beat a perfectly-made G&T garnished with a generous slice of fresh orange. In fact, all this talk is making us thirsty….
