THE MENU
Our executive chef, Bruce McKenna has curated the perfect rustic wedding menu, using only high quality, fresh produce to ensure your guests have the best culinary experience. Matthew is always open to customising your menu to help piece together your wedding day to suit your unique vision and desires.

There are three distinct styles of wedding menu options available at Factory 51:

#THE FEAST: delicious Italian antipasti and wood-fired breads on arrival, followed by The Feast, served with 3 meats and 5 substantial sides served down the middle of each table. Your celebration cake is then served share style to finish
#TRADITIONAL PLATED STYLE: your choice of two entrees and two mains served alternate drop with your celebration cake served on platters for dessert
#COCKTAIL STYLE: allows guests to mingle whilst our staff serve handmade canapés and fork dishes with your celebration cake served on platters for dessert

BEVERAGE OFFERINGS
We serve a range of local craft beers on tap and premium boutique wines. Choose from one of our beverage packages to allow your guests unlimited beverages throughout your reception, without the need to worry about going over your budget. Alternatively, you may opt for a bar tab option if this better suits your needs.

CEREMONIES
The Workshop has the option of providing the perfect set up for your ceremony, to allow all your formalities in the one easy location without requiring your guests to travel. We set the venue up beautifully for your ceremony with all seating required, then while you are off getting your beautiful photos taken, your guests are invited for refreshments at your private bar and we draw the black velvet curtains to magically transform the space into your reception.

WEDDING PLANNING AND GUIDANCE
Our experienced and dedicated Event Manager, Courtney will be with you every step of the way to plan your perfect day just as you imagine. Ellie can provide a wide range of recommendations and tips to help you feel at ease throughout the whole planning process. We also provide constant email communication and consultations to ensure your day is thoroughly planned and will run smoothly.

EVENTS STYLING
Here at Factory 51, we provide you with everything you need for your wedding reception, apart from your own personal touch of styling. If you would like an easy stress free option, we will happily provide in-house styling options for your wedding. Alternatively, we are welcome to do your own styling or bring in your preferred stylist. We allow venue access from 10am on the day of your wedding to allow you plenty of time to organise and set up those personal touches without the need to stress about time constraints.
